How to Dance the Moscow
You know, in case you were curious!
A Tour of the Creepy NH Brugge
Our hotel in Bruges was nothing special. Still, I figured a quick tour of the hallways was in order because they're, well, a little creepy.
Waiting in Brussels
Carrie and I were waiting outside the Brussels central train station to catch a quick ride over to Bruges for two nights. We'd partaken of mussels and frites and bought enough chocolate to indulge ourselves for a few days. We had about 30 minutes to kill until the next train ride. As we sat outside waiting and listening to some music piped in from the 80's, I snapped this quick shot of us with the iPhone Hipstamatic app. I absolutely love it. We both just look utterly happy, which we are! I just couldn't resist sharing it.
How do you make Skittles?
It makes sense, when you think about it!
Rapture In The Sky
What a great trailer. It starts off underwater, looking very much like another... well, you know the name. But before you get too cozy in Andrew Ryan's familiar little kingdom under the sea, you're ripped out from a little fish tank and thrown through a window into a glorious city in the sky.
So is it or isn't it? That's the question being teased here.
Just watch. You'll get your answer.
If getting to make an argument like that isn’t reason enough to be an Italian lawyer, I don’t know what is.
Let’s be clear my client is tall, brunette and has an ample breast and is therefore going to naturally be sensuous when she applies cream to her chest.
Does Telling Someone to “Click Here” Work?
In writing web copy (mostly for work), I spend a lot of time getting hung up on what sort of anchor text I should use to entice people to click. I’ve always felt that “Click Here” is just too… obvious.
That said, Brian Clark from the awesome site Copyblogger makes a pretty darn compelling case for using those obvious words. If the ultimate goal of your copy is to get someone to click through to something else, I suppose there really isn’t anything wrong with clearly telling them when it’s time to click on through to the other side.
